The tourist season at the Kemer resort began on May 1, with 80 percent of the hotels being filled, the head of the Kemer Tourism Hotel Operators Association told Anatolia.

Gul said that most of the tourists who arrived in Kemer are Ross, stressing that there is a great demand for accommodation in the four-and five-star hotels.
He noted that Russian tourists, who had been absent for a whole year from Turkey, longed to spend their holidays in Kemer resort.
