Great news for those who want to see the beauty of Turkey, but is afraid to fly by air. About a week ago a regular ferry service was established between the Turkish port of Haydarpasha (Istanbul) and the Ukrainian Black Sea (Odessa). The Ukrainian side is pleased with the results: according to a message from Twitter by Ambassador Andrei Sabigi, the ferry is filled by 90%.
For transport purposes, the ferries are Kaunas Seaways, Vilnius Seaways and Greifswald, built for road / rail / passenger traffic.
The ship departs from Chernomorsk on Tuesdays and Fridays, goes a little more than 24 hours and on the way visits Samsun, Constance, Poti and Batumi. "Kaunas Siwais", due to its dimensions, is listed in the Guinness Book of Records.
